Elephants are engineers of forests. A forest with elephants will grow untill those elephants are allowed to live. Such henious acts of putting crackers in mouth of an elephant who is hungry, innocent and trusted amount to distorted mindset which is detrimental to society. This amounts to hunting u/s 9 of WPA, 1972. An exemplary punishment is demanded.
