When CO-VID19  affects hospital staff being unable to work due to illness . These employees will need compensated pay for at least 14 days,  in a calander year.  Also no occurrences should be put in place against the employees if missed work due to sickness or missed work due to no child care due to CO-VID 19.

These workers are on the front line in this time of germwarfare.  Like soldiers in the armed forces we need compensated.  Hazard pay as well. If in the form of free or 75% covered  stress relive methods; massage, accupunture, yoga,  mental/emotional therapy etc.
