Janet Yellen has recently announced that she wants to allow IRS oversight into bank accounts over $600 as well as transactions over $600 dollars.  I say this is an unreasonable search for many reasons:  People who wish pay for things like trade schools or house appliances shouldn’t be subject to IRS scrutiny all because the democrats can’t get their affairs in order.  Secondly this is in CLEAR VIOLATION of our 4th amendment rights and we, the American people, will not tolerate this government overreach.  The 4th amendment states that “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”  Janet Yellen and Joe Biden wanting to give the IRS authority to search accounts as low as $600 is brash, nasty and unconstitutional.
