Providing a description of the candidate who actually got the job (or those invited to interview), gives the job seeker an idea of how he or she must improve in order to be a successful candidate (feedback).
Job ads often include descriptions of a theoretical best candidate but are often dismissed as a mere wish list, leading to several ill-fitting applications.
