The Second Amendment ("2A") guarantees all citizens the right to bear arms and that right shall not be infringed.  The Tennessee Constitution guarantees its citizens the "the right to bear arms for their common defense...".  

We are petitioning our county leaders to pass resolutions across Tennessee that recognize law abiding citizens who act in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and the Tennessee Constitution have the right to keep and bear arms and that no law, regulation, policy, resolution or ordinance will be passed in the county that would infringe that citizen's right, including red flag laws.

We are working with all community leaders, mayors, sheriffs, and neighboring counties who have already been leading Tennessee and passed resolutions like the counties of Blount, Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Hamblen, Jackson, Loudon, Monroe, Polk, Roane, Sevier, Sullivan and Unicoi.
