Subject: Avoid clash of CS and LLB exams (MU)

Respected Sir,

This is on behalf of all the students who are going to appear for LL.B(3 years and 5 years) examination at your esteemed University and the course of Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.

CS exams conducted by ICSI are an all India level examination, the timetable of which remains the same for December (last week) attempt.

Thus, the exams of CS executive and professional level are scheduled to be conducted from December 20, 2019 to December 28, 2019 (2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.).

The students had highlighted that postponement of exams would affect the CS students as their exams are scheduled from December 20 to December 28.

However, students could have appeared for both the exams if the previous schedule is postponed. Due to the the existing exams are going to clash, therby putting the career of many students at stake. 

Therefore, it is a request to the concerned authorities to schedule the new timetable of  LL.B(3Years and 5 years) examinations in a manner that it doesn't clash with the CS exams which are from December 20, 2019 to December 28, 2019 and the timing is 2 pm to 5 pm.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
