Recent Directives have been enacted resulting in the abrupt lockout, closure of many if not all of California's outdoor tennis tennis facilities in light of the ongoing covid-19 threat.

The tennis court is a large outdoor space where a maximum of 4 people can easily maintain a safe distance (6' or more) without issue to safe social distancing requirements.

Depriving the many from the fundamental human right to a beneficial and healthy right to exercise is wrong and unconstitutional.

The people of California love our outdoor sports and tennis is one the safest exercises under the sun under most any circumstance.

In light of amending the directive, the reopened facilities will have to implement and enforce a strict set of social distancing guidelines.

Additionally and In complete consideration and compliance with all of the other provisions in the order, we the people of California respectfully petition the powers that be to immediately rescind the prohibited usage of all of our outdoor public and private tennis facilities.

It is of paramount importance to encourage safe participation of and to ensure the basic human right to exercise safely at all public and private outdoor tennis courts again.

Without this ammendment we are being forced to limit further our right to the freedoms we are entitled to.

Thank you!
