When a person is using plastic, they would just think to themselves “Well, it’s only one plastic bag/straw/container”. Meanwhile, that very same day, millions of people think of that as well when they believe that one plastic bag/straw/waste would not hurt our oceans and the marine species! In fact, it does! Think about it... If you drink from a cup at a store that you only use for one day, it ends up in the oceans for decades, and more!! In addition, in order to make plastic, most factories will use natural gas or coal,  for it, which pollutes our atmosphere, increasing it’s global temperature!
