Why this petition matters

Started by John Stokes

In Claim No 15-SC-136111 to the Ottawa Small Claims Court, Ms Alison Timmons presents an Affidavit to the Court that she never interfered with the ability of the son of an eldery and disabled woman to secure a lawyer for his Mom. However, if one watches and listens to a YouTube video, it is apparent that Ms. Timmons who represents the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre and with the support the resource centre's lawyer commited perjury.

The son had reported abuse being inflicted by his Mom's husband against his Mom. His Mom's husband responded by frustrating the ability of the elderly woman to see her own son.  Her son had been the elderly woman's care giver.  The elderly woman's husband who neglected his wife became jealous and angry about the cooking and other support the son sought to provide his Mom.

Under pressure by agents acting in behalf of the Mom's husband, the Centre elected to support the Mom's husband against the desire of the Mom to see her own son!  The elderly woman's husband began to treat her as an extension of his property, and blocked not only help from her son, but also help drom agencies which included a hospital that wantred to provide speech therapy to the elderly woman.

Furthermore, Ms. Alison Timmons took weeks to contact the elderly woman's son who had been blocked from seeing his Mom by the jealous husband.  During this time, te elderly woman lost her ability to talk and walk thanks to the NROCRC tacitly supporting the treatment of the elderly woman as the husband's property.

The Office of Ms Timmons and her agents have knocked women's rights back to a time just over a century ago when women were treated a chattel / property of the husband. This is a practice that still goes on in many countries.

Have your say, and support the desire of a now sick, disabled and elderly woman to see her son, and help support the ability of a deeply troubled son to see his dear Mom.  Help free his Mom from the NROCRC's lies and negligence.
