The need for a military charter school that focuses on STEAM, Leadership, Citizenship, Academics, and College & Career Readiness is needed in the South DeKalb/Stonecrest Area. The Colin Military Charter School will provide an exemplary curriculum, instruction, and support to students that cannot be found through the local school district at this time.

Our goal is to significantly reduce the school to prison pipeline by allowing our scholars to participate in a hands-on curriculum which gives them the opportunity to focus on their career goals at a young age. Based upon statistics in South DeKalb/Stonecrest area crimes perpetrated by our youth are at an all time high. Therefore, we have created a school that provides opportunities to assist our Scholars to become global leaders in a diverse society.
