Ali bosta has been harassing minors and taking advantage of them while also using his dog to attract and lure minors so that he can sexually harass minors.  Ali bosta should be charged with this so that he can not do this to any more minors especially since he is in the stages of becoming a doctor which should be a safe place for minors and women.
