As of September 9th 2021, The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees. Regardless of your political position, we believe this to be unlawful and discriminatory towards employees allover the united states. It will force people to make choices in their lives that otherwise they would not make, or lose their jobs. Currently there is no official document with rules and regulations but this petition is against any regulation that may come about forcing people into this. Those who have signed below are against any enforcement on this unconstitutional mandate.
