Realestate market is going out of control with the illegal transactions which are impacting the livelihood of the Alberta realtors. Ontario and BC realtors are illegally representing buyers which not only is impacting the first time home buyers but also the survival of the Local realtors is becoming difficult. We demand the licensing organizations who have the power to control and stop this to step up. Builders who are cutting out the Alberta realtors and selling properties at unexpectedly higher prices is causing harm to both the buyers and the Realestate Agents. Out of province Realtors  coming to Alberta and stealing our bread and butter is not only unethical but also causing greater harm to the industry.
