Closing retail businesses around Alberta

With the rise of Covid 19 cases sky rocketing in Alberta and our premier implementing restrictions that do not protect the health and well being of retail workers I am protesting that businesses close. Social gatherings such as family seeing each other in the safe comfort of their home are prohibited, however they are welcome to come to a mall where they can socially gather without a blink of an eye. Transmissions in a place like a shopping mall are at a high risk and vulnerable employees are also at high risk of catching the virus. The government is afraid of a lockdown because they want to make money during the busiest time of the year, they are worried about our economy over the lives of Canadians. Corporate companies that support the retail workers need to think about the health of their employees and the future of what this virus may still become. We must stop the flow of people that want to “kill time” from coming to places like the malls across Alberta, we must give up our consumerist lifestyle and appreciate what is given to us, freedom is apart of sacrifice, the human race must learn a new lifestyle. Listen carefully to what the universe is telling us- we need to take a break
