Alberta government has set aside $10B for infrastructure projects. We strong believe that South East Edmonton need a new high school and part of this money should be used to build this school.
Edmonton is running out of capacity for high school students. South East part of Edmonton has grown a lot. There are lot young families living in the area. Large number of students have to travel by bus and spend hours of the valuable time to get to their assigned high school.
We have land close the Meadows Rec Center that is assigned for the school use. It is easily accessible by transit and city's two major freeways Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive. It is located is in the center of South East community and very close to the the recreation center. Students can easily access the recreation center to stay fit.
