House Bill 62 and Senate Bill 128 are Unconstitutional Red Flag Laws. They allow police officers and judges to take your guns with a trial that you don't get to be apart of (Ex parte hearing).
These laws violate your 2nd, 4th and 5th amendment rights. Due process Second is no due process at all.
