AS RESIDENTS OF WOODBURY, CONNECTICUT, WE HEREBY PETITION THE TOWN OF WOODBURY, THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN, THE ZONING COMMISSION, INLAND WETLANDS AGENCY, LAND USE OFFICE AND ALL OTHER RELEVANT MUNICIPAL BODIES:

In regard to Garrett Homes, LLC application to develop a 7,465 square foot Dollar General store at 614 Main Street South in Woodbury, Connecticut, as residents of Woodbury, we encourage the Town of Woodbury to pay careful, daily attention to monitor and enforce:

(i) all of the 42 conditions of the Inland Wetlands Agency and
(ii) all of the 35 conditions of the Zoning Commission and
(iii) all relevant town, state and federal rules and regulations

We feel this careful, daily attention is warranted given the development's proximity to stressed wetlands and an unpermitted dump site.
