Alan F Strickland is a corrupt police officer working for the Alameda County Sheriff's office. In 1994, Alan F Strickland was arrested and charged of felony insurance fraud and making false statements. Alan F Strickland continues to skirt the law by abusing his position as a law enforcement officer.

Recently, he filed a federal lawsuit against Masai Ujiri, an executive for the Toronto Raptors, claiming he had "suffered injury to his body, health, strength, activity and person" causing him "great mental, emotional, psychological, physical, and nervous pain and suffering" after the 2019 NBA Finals altercation. He filed a dubious workers' compensation claim, another attempt to fraudulently receive worker's comp benefits at the expense of tax payer money. Camera footage of the incident after the 2019 NBA Finals is yet another example of Alan F Strickland's attempt to take advantage of the system through fraud, lies and deceit.
