on november 4th 2021 my little brother hung himself over a woman he fell in love with that manipulated and used him for money and anything else she could get out of him. hours before he hung himself. he told her in text messages and phone calls he was going to do it. she said she didnt have time for it she didnt report it or call my parents to tell them what he was planning to do,he even called as he was hanging himself, at 6pm on november 4th 2021 my sister called me and said our dad found my brother in the shed hanging from the rafters, our father had to hold my brother and cut him down. no family should half to go threw this when many times it can be provented by people who know what someone is threatening to do and does it so i want to change the law or make into a law that if someone knows someone else is threatening to kill themselves and does nothing to prevent a person from committing suicide that if there are text messages witnesses and phone calls of the person committing suicide and they dont call someone or report it to authorities to do a wellness check that they r held accountable if that person dies.there r so many kids and adults in this country whom suffer from sever depression that tells someone they are about to commit suicide and no one takes the time to report it or to do anything to try and save their life and people need to be held responsible. so i come to u today to help me and others change the law or make this into a law to save and help those who can be saved by just a phone call or wellness check on someone who is threatening suicide. my little brother lost his life cause no one cared to just make a simple phone call, i wasnt able to save my brother but i am trying to save others in his name as the kevin harris law thank u and god bless
