This is a persons life and weed is leagal in many states. Sex offenders get off with 2 or less 

It is unconstitutional to have someone arrested and given a life sentence over something that is legal in other states. Its a crime for him to be locked up.

ive known jerry most of my life he is a really great guy with a kind heart we are not perfect in life and some times we make the wrong decisions with good intentions but if god is willing to forgive us eveyday for our mistakes why cant we forgive others esecially ones that have not done anything in vein or harmful towards another..
