I am writing on behalf of my husband , the story started with number disconnection. Due to late payment as soon as we realised we made the payment.
But the number was permanently closed is what we were told, and before that we did make extra payment.
Anyways we repeatedly requested to get our number activated as our bank account are linked to it and it will be a big threat for us.
They said only the blood relation can get the sim , we are small family with two elderly people who are BP patients. And we requested if the arrangement can be made in Indore and these guys dnt have to travel to Bangalore because of covid.( Reason)
They are old we may be trouble if something happens. But no one has heard our request.
Now my entire family in india has COVID.
I have no place to go ask for help bcz some ungrateful people in airtel ignored to listen. We requested pleased that we can't travel and our account are linked to the number .but nothing was done to help us
I want to ask what will you do in such occasions when the country wher. U have lived for so long used the services. And today when you need them .they are hostile..
Only talking rules etc.
They left us on road for an inactive number we ran piller to post. For this .. is this right treatment
We are mentally harrased completely broken.
