Airtel Billing department did a major blunder. Instead of closing my infinity account with two postpaid numbers and merging it with the DTH account in a single account "Airtel One" they kept the infinity account active and created a Airtel One Account as well. Instead of saving money on the One account I am looking at a huge bill of Rs.5881.
I have tried to get a resolution for the past 15 months but have not got a resolution. No matter how many mails I have sent, no matter how many calls I have done but nothing has happened.
No seniors ever called me and neither have I got any resolution.
