Lack of maintenance and service from Airtel for its DTH connections in Megapolis Splendour

Megapolis Splendour  Cooperating Housing society has 21 MDU (Multiple Dwelling Units or Common Dish Antennae) setup by Airtel 3 years back in a bid to get Airtel DTH subscribers.

Thus, the society ended up having about 500+ Airtel DTH subscribers over the course of 3 years.

Maintenance of these 21 MDUs has been stopped by Airtel for the last few months and visits for common signal issues are getting charged to users. We have no contact information for any Airtel engineer for maintenance of these MDUs and individual users are getting charged multiple times for the same issue. 

Earlier any issue with MDUs was maintained and fixed by Airtel DTH and only engg visits for individual issues were charged if it was within an individual's flat.

Now even the paid engineer visits are delayed and there is frequent break down of signal due to lack of common dish maintenance which also includes accompanying amplifiers and wiring etc.

Thus, we are requesting Airtel Digital TV Pune lead to get in touch with us and resolve the problem as the customer care is no help.
