For the last several months, last few years, we have seen an extreme surge of violence whether verbal or physical towards Airport Customer Service Agents in our airports or reservations Agents over the phones. This type of behavior must stop.

That's why today I have created the Airport Customer Service Protection Act(ACSAPA), a Bill along with this petition that I will bring to the United States Congress, with more specifics protection laws for all Airlines' Customer Service thought our airports and over the phones. 

This is the time to Act, if we let time pass, this type of aggression will only get worse. Today, I'm asking for your help, to support this petition and have our voices strongly heard. This way we can make the necessary changes that will allow us to properly protect Agents and at the same time demand more accountability from the public.
