Request for explanation following cancellation of Air France 14/2/2018

I bought 7 tickets for Hanoi on air France airline for a scheduled departure in 2018; ( for me and my customers; And about over 5000 tickets for Vietnamese)
The reservation of these places has been confirmed (enclosed a copy of the tickets I have booked) with my tickets.
The next day, we received a refund memo without an acceptable reason (enclosed the famous memo). I DIDNT get “FULL REFUND”
The Air France company didn't do anything to explain what's going on. This is a very irresponsible and abusive action.
In accordance with the law, I exercised my right to refuse cancellation.
I would like to get my plane ticket and an explicit explanation from air France.
I also request that air France veilles always respect and honour its commitments.
