Air New Zealand is holding millions of dollars that is not theirs. We bought tickets to travel and due to Covid we cant. Why cant they give our money back so we can use it. Alot have now lost  jobs or lower hours and could do with that money.

No where did it say on line that tickets arnt refundable  or give you a choice to get refundable tickets.

You got given 900 million off tax payers money and last week i read you havnt used any of it yet and its sitting claiming interest like our money. 

Air New Zealand do the right thing refund our money for services we cant take or you cant provide. 

Just because your a big business and owned by us new zealanders  you think you can do what you like. Reverse the rolls and you would have us up in court claiming the money.
