This petition is an effort to make Air Asia X give us, their customers a full refund. AAX will be holding a creditors meeting to vote on debt restructuring plan this November 12. This proposed restructuring debt requires 75% votes agreeing to their plan. However getting even 75% vote allows them to get away by giving us back very less money than what we are supposed to get back from them. I am taking this initiative on behalf of all of us to urge all the victims of AAX to take part in the meeting this 12th November and to vote disagreeing. We can fight this together if we even manage to get 26% votes disagreeing.
