ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಬಂಧುಗಳೇ,
ನಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೊರಗುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ, ನಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಅಭಿವೃಧ್ಧಿ ಪಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಆಲೋಚಿಸುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ. ನಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ದೊರೆತರೆ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೂ ಇದರಿಂದ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಏಳಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಏಮ್ಸ್ ಅತ್ಯಾವಶ್ಯಕ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಕಾಶಗಳು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಲಿವೆ. ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಅತೀ ಕಡಿಮೆ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ದೊರಕಲಿದೆ. ಖಾಸಗಿ ದವಾಖಾನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಬದಲು ಬರೀ ಒಂದು ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಚೀಟಿಯೊಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆಟಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಮನೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ನಮಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ನೀಡಿದ ಈ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ, ಈ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಋಣ ತೀರಿಸಲು ನಿಮಗೊಂದು ಸುವರ್ಣವಕಾಶ. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರು ಸೇರಿ ಈ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸೋಣ. ಏಮ್ಸ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಮನವಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರು, ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಹಾಕಿ ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಂದು  ಹಸ್ತಾಕ್ಷರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಣ್ಣು ತೆರೆಸಬಲ್ಲದು.
