The degree of the petition is that amidst the chaos caused by the Covid-19, students of our college(National Institute of Technology,Kurukshetra) are attending online classes as enrolled in batch of 2020-2024. This pandemic has given a strain,anxiety to our minds.We understand that the syllabus is to be completed in limited time because of that one year course is getting completed in just within 6 months.
But this have affected us adversely, that attending online classes has increased our screen time in upto 10 hours which includes 7 to 8 teaching hours and remaining for assignments,revision and watching subject video and playlist on youtube.
Everyone's life is in trouble due to this pandemic situation.But still, some respected teachers also take extra classes on holidays like Sunday and even on national holidays.We don’t find ourselves in happy and satisfied mood. We have lost happiness somewhere in this pandemic and also because of online classes.
We have already exhausted.We request you to grant 2-3 weeks holidays for us to get some break from online classes which would relax us and would gather will power to attend classes ecstatically, joyously that will set us to study enthusiastically. Adding to it , attending 9 classes each day created a hectic schedule which in turn makes us frustrated at the end of the day. So I ( Name) on behalf of my classmates kindly request you to pay attention on our problems.
