Aam Aadmi Party Bengaluru has first handedly seen the atrocious activities done by VTU and its affiliated colleges and seen the utter disregard to student safety and violation of the UGC guidelines laid down for student safety.

It is proven beyond doubt that VTU and its affiliated colleges are in no way capable of holding offline classes or offline exams, forcing students into an unsafe environment created by VTU and its affiliated colleges during a worldwide pandemic when there are many alternative methods of quality evaluation, such as online open book exams, online proctored exams and paper submission of students provided for by the apex authorities in these matters, namely UGC and AICTE.

Right to Life is paramount in a welfare state and must not be forsaken at any cost.

Therefore, Aam Aadmi Party Bengaluru is going to submit a letter to AICTE and UGC to bring to their notice the irresponsibility shown by VTU and its affiliated colleges and demanding for online modes of examination for the students of VTU and its affiliated colleges. Aam Aadmi Party Bengaluru will not stop till online mode of examination is made available for the students of VTU and its affiliated colleges.
