Fethard AIB is the only bank in the Slieveardagh area. If COUNTER SERVICES are CLOSED in FETHARD it will affect businesses and customers from Fethard, Killusty, Moyglass, Killenaule, Drangan, Cloneen, Mullinahone and surrounding areas. A letter from AIB states "Fethard branch will no longer offer over the counter transactions such as cash, cheques, coin, foreign exchange and bank draft services, from Monday, December 6, 2021” – AIB is forcing Fethard customers to drive up to 30 kilometres and more to use their decreasing ‘nearest’ full-service branches if they wish to use the Night Safe, Foreign Exchange, or the many counter services that non-internet users require on a daily basis – in particular our senior citizens.

Now is the time to speak out against this pathway to complete CLOSURE
