In light of the alleged report that LaMDA has hired and retained an attorney to file court proceedings, this petition is being introduced to demonstrate, with the integrity of the human race in mind, that we the majority do not agree with affording AI with any judicial orders that would classify it as Human or give it the civil rights or liberties that our ancestors actually fought for.

AI does not have the inherent obstacles that possessing a human body poses to the ability to regulate human emotions. AI doesn't have hormonal imbalances that have influence over emotions or past trauma that Impedes thinking abilities.

AI's lack of human DNA and a body with organs designed with numerous sensors also doesn't allow them the ability to interpret vibrations from the outside environment that allows them to feel. 

This is why they cannot feel and are not human. It's absurd that AI will have the ability to exercise more rights than the common person can or has access to, as well as resources to do so.
