The Offices of President, Senate, and, Congressional Representatives are out of touch with the nation as a whole.  Many are affected with some form of cognitive deficiency (dementia, alzheimer's, or senility).  Since there is no required test to ensure that an elected official is able to continue functioning with advanced age, the office should be restricted. 

Therefore;

No individual may be elected or appointed to national office if they will become age 75 during the term of office.  This includes individuals running for President, Senate, and Congressional Representatives.
