Currently there are regulations in place that fine working class families fines if they need to save money by taking their child/children on holiday during school time. 

This is morally, ethically wrong and a hard strain on families that already struggle to provide family time due to work commitments, families need to have that time together and end up missing out on crucial memories due to the pressure of fines from councils that make a tidy profit from this.
