The EPA is using the clean air act as an over reach to control what people do with their privately owned businesses and property. This is a violation of our right to pursue happiness as the after market auto industry makes us happy. We believe that big public corporations should abide by these laws but personal property and companies to be free to remove emissions equipment or provide emissions defeating devices as it has little to no impact on the environment in relation to big corporations.
