South Africa has been gripped by xenophobic attacks against foreigners especially immigrants from African countries. These attacks were incited by speeches attributed to King Goodwill Zwelithini in the past.

Recently President Cyril Ramaphosa speech was attributed to inciting violence against other black Africans. He has since retracted and condemned the attacks but words alone and no stern actions against the perpetrators are not enough.

Scores of African immigrants in South Africa currently live in fear, while some other countries are rapidly evacuating their citizens in the midst of chaos, wanton destruction of lives and properties.

The petition hopes to gather international condemnation for these dastardly actions as well as provide a call for justice to be served against leaders who incite hate crimes, violence, in total disregards for human lives.

This petition aims to call the international community to support the push for King Goodwill Zwelithini and President Cyril Ramaphosa to be indicted at the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity, inciting violence to commit murder, destruction of lives and properties and civil disobedience.
