- Bills are way to High and raisen cost should Not b allowed. These unilty bills are hurtn millions of peoples money situations and maken people behind on bills or goin without utilities. When its choice of paying bills or paying rent or to buy food & needs, people should not have to go without alot of stuff needed to just pay an Electric bill. Retirees & people on fixed incomes will be effected even more bc of fixed income, SIGN THIS PETITION & HELP GET BILL COSTS DOWN TO NORMAL RATES. THANKS EVERYONE PLZ HELP AMERICA.
