Give Monsta X in London VIP customers what they paid for

Today (27th June 2019), 2 weeks before the concert, customers have been informed that Ultimate VIP and High Touch VIP customers may not receive what they payed for.

High Touch VIP customers bought tickets under the impression that they were guaranteed receive a high-five experience with Monsta X and a VIP lanyard, and Ultimate VIP customers bought tickets under the impression that they were guaranteed early entry into the venue, a high-five experience with Monsta X, send off (waving goodbye to members as they leave the venue), VIP lanyard and the choice of a signed CD or signed poster.

 

Today we've been informed that only the first 200 Ult VIP customers will receive these originally guaranteed benefits, and only the first 500 High Touch VIP customers will receive the originally guaranteed benefit, two weeks before the event and with no other information or explanation.

 

Needless to say, we're all very unhappy and want what we payed for. We payed extra because we were ALL under the impression that these were guaranteed benefits, and we want AEG to honor this. None of us have any idea about how many tickets were sold, either. This is false advertising and also leaving out extremely important information.
