Jonni Streeter is a boss like no other! 2 years ago he was hired at the Mt. Winery as Maintenance Manager. He has been such a great asset to the mountain and has made the mountain look great. He was doing his job and much more. He put his heart and soul into his job and the mountain. He is honestly the best boss I have ever had! We worked long days, cold, wet and tired to get up and do it all over again because of Jonni. I myself have been employed for AEG for 4 or 5 years now so I feel I can comment on the way the mountain looks. Jonni and his team have really worked hard to clean up the mountain and get the things done that were being ignored for several years. He was layed off for no reason... He was just doing his job and he was doing it better than anyone has done in a long time! I don't understand the politics of what happened but I do know that Jonni Streeter is a great asset to the Mt. Winery and to your company AEG! I just feel that cooperate needs to know who Jonni Streeter is and the mistake of getting rid of him has affected not only his team but several other departments that he would donate his time and expertise to. Jonni Streeter was just doing the job he was hired to do through AEG! He is the best boss I've ever had!
