For as long as I can remember people have used the roof of the AMF bowling alley to skate in Worthing. Many other areas only suit skate boarders or kids with micro scooters.
Worthing council are currently converting this area for pop up food stalls and whilst we have no issue with growing and developing the local area certain groups are being left with no where to go. Getting outdoors for exercise has been vital to many people over the pandemic and roller skating has seen a massive boom in popularity in the last year and we’re asking Adur and Worthing council to give us a suitable smooth area to skate.
