I have paid BIG money to have hair cuts and straightening treatments that were defective and damaging to my hair, only to just strike out on a search and hope for better next time, next place. BTW,
I’m Caucasian in Calgary.

This clearly needs to change! Students in cosmetology should be learning about ALL hair types, not just the majority culture’s. Lack of education leads to ignorance and nuanced racism. Please change the curriculum!

Both Black and Asian hair are different to work with than Caucasian hair...whatever your race, it's good to know there is someone who is able to deal with your individual hair (and skin) issues and questions.
