The United States Navy has relieved Capt. Brett Crozier of the USS Theodore Roosevelt of his command because he aksed for measures to be taken to quaranteen sailors on the ship who had tested positive for Coronovirus. The official reason for Crozier's relief of duty was described as a loss of trust and confidence. Capt. Crozier only wanted to ensure that sailors in his command were safe and he was punished for this. This should not be happening to a Captain that cared enough for his crew to try to save lives. He should not be relieved of his command for this reason. Please help me push for Capt. Crozier to be reinstated to his Ship and crew.

I am a veteran of the Navy and have to say that Captain Crozier showed great moral responsibility by challanging his superiors to do more to protect his crew. We've heard stories of every classification of people from the elderly, children, the homeless, and the mentally ill. What about those who are serving in the military during these trying times and especially in the Navy? There is not much room on a Navy ship for social distancing. Captain Crozier is a true leader who cared enough for his sailors to not just tell them to suck it up, but made the attempts that every govenmernt leader has recently taken ensure the safety those that they serve. Let's call the U.S. Navy to taks for this injustice.
