Administrative Office of the Judiciary: reprimand Judge John Wootten, Circuit Court Judge, of Wilson County, Tn

This judge dismissed my petition against my ex for physically abusing our son...He took an attorneys word that I didn't complete his interrogatories but I did complete them. My son came back on three separate occasions from father's visitation with bruises to his upper arms and shoulders...dcs has been involved in this case for years and the last caseworker was fired for wrongdoing...she hid abuse for a man she later married she met through the department...police have not been helpful either...they brush things off and say they were going to investigate..they haven't done when you can't get help from the police, dcs, or a judge where do you turn?? Does this all mean my son doesn't have any rights to keep from being beaten?? Especially when he is special needs?? Please sign this petition, so I can do something about this corruption...I understand fathers have rights but when they can't keep from abusing a child, their rights should be limited...
