LMHS class of 2022 would like direct involvement in our graduation ceremony. There were changes that were made to our original graduation plans that we were unaware of and are not pleased with. 10 o’clock a.m. is an inconvenient time for most of our students and parents, because it does not allow students preparation time for the ceremony and a lot of our parents work early mornings. Our class is proposing that the time of graduation is placed at a later time and the location moved back locally. If the weather is a concern when graduation time comes then we will have our graduation in the auditorium of the La Marque high school. These changes are really important to the class of 22 and we will refuse to walk if no one works with us or makes any changes on this important event.
