To change dress code at CENTRAL UNIFIED

As a student at Central East High School, I have come to realize that the "dress code policy" is very strict in the sense that we're expected to look "professional" I understand that we're "getting ready for college", but do facial piercings really distract someone else's education, if so then wouldn't that be a personal problem? Along with shorts being to "short", leggings, holes in jeans, pajamas, and an "appropriate hair style" I'm sorry, I didn't realize that we're not allowed to express our selves in a way that we can still be teenagers. Oh, another thing, why are tank tops such a big deal, it's not like people come to school just to get "excited" about seeing someone's shoulders. If you too are a student at Central East and have a problem with the dress code please share what part and express yourself in a professional manner. Thank you! Let's make school comfortable!
