Rutger University - Newark student body has demonstrated resilience, strength, and flexibility during the midst of the pandemic. We (the students) have been robbed of being on campus and the experiences that come with it. Students have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars this year in campus fees that we haven’t used. This is our opportunity to be together in-person on campus.

Together we can demonstrate our ability and professionalism to hold an in-person event safely for students during these unprecedented time. 

RU-N Program Board has implemented a series of precautions to ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff in ordinance with the University and State of New Jersey’s Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines; including but not limited to: adhering to social distancing guidelines, face coverings, enhanced cleaning of frequently touched surfaces, temperature checks, sanitizer stations, maximum event capacity of 200 students, etc.
