Hello… my name is Victoria my family and I have fallen victim to our neighbors predictory-like behaviors. He is a 62 year old man who is knowingly exposing him self to minor children while in his backyard. The property is fenced. However he only chooses to expose him self when in the childrens viewpoint while they are swimming in our pool! I am pleading for the assistance of the public to help stop this predatory-like behavior…. This man has made multiple in appropriate sexual comments/advances toward my children aswell as other children…..The police say because it’s his property it is a “grey” area.. we need your help to put a stop to this….. this behavior is happening in the Town of Tonawanda, New York… I have a 5 year old daughter and a 9 year old son please help me in protecting not only my children but the entire town of Tonawanda Community.

This is important and needs to be resolved because Nudity and Lewd behavior in front of a minor is traumatic and is another form of sexual assault! There are no laws/ town ordinance to protect our children against these acts when/if committed on the accusers “private property” (backyard) . To preserve the innocence and well being of our children something must be done.
