The psychology department at the university of Lethbridge is underfunded, causing a severe staff shortage. This drastically affects the quality of our education as students at the university, which is why we absolutely need government funding to supply additional staff and educators at our institution. Required classes have extremely long wait lists due to short-staffing, which makes it that much for difficult for psychology students to complete their degree. It is Imperative that we receive this funding from the government of Alberta to hire more staff and educators.
