Please Charge and Prosecute Casey Anthony for: Failure to provide Medical Care For Caylee Anthony after finding her Drowned, per Florida Statute, “Neglect of a child” means: 1. A caregiver’s failure or omission to provide a child with the care, supervision, and services necessary to maintain the child’s physical and mental health, including, but not limited to, food, nutrition, clothing, shelter, supervision, medicine, and medical services that a prudent person would consider essential for the well-being of the child;
Plus Federal The Federal Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker, which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse, or exploitation, or an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm"1 As with drowning This Child May have lived with immediate Medical care. Her failure to act to get treatment for this Child removed the possibility that Caylee May have lived.
UPDATE: Also charge her with Failure to report a death and improper disposal of a Body as in the 2007 case against Debra Loreth From the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper Date November 29th 2007
UPDATE: She should also be charged in Federal Court for Obstruction, which would be a Felony and does not have to be connected to a Guilty verdict of the Crime, But can be prosecuted by mear preponderance of the crime.
