Michelle Anderson started this petition to Lennar

One of many tactics used by the representatives of Lennar at Lindera Preserve of Cane Bay to sell property along the perimeter of Lindera Preserve was the assurance of waking up each day to behold the natural wooded views between our lots and what would be Sanctuary Cove and Wildcat Trail. As part of our due diligence, we homeowners inquired as to the prospect of such wooded views being developed. We were told various statements by the  representatives of Lennar such as if development were to occur, then we would still be left with 30-50 feet of trees between our properties and other subdivisions. Others of us were told that our properties backed up to wetlands and would never be developed.  Some of us homeowners puchased lots at a premium to have a "wooded lot." These assurances, as with all assurances with making decisions so paramount as the purchase of property, were of high importance to our selections of these properties.  As of now, we homeowners that were told these statements have come to find zero trees to a few trees between our properties and other subdivisions such as Sanctuary Cove and The Hammocks new Wildcat Trail Expansion offering minimum to no privacy of our supposedly "wooded lots."

As we are all aware of the practicalities of this disgruntling affair, we offer a modest solution to allieviate our concerns: Lennar should install enough tall evergreen trees along the property line between Sanctuary Cove and Lindera Preserve and between the Hammock Wildcat Expansion and Lindera Preserve to restore the view, and privacy, that our purchases of property were contingent upon in the first place.
